"Note Recognition" is an innovative acoustic music scanner designed to transform recorded music into alternate sheet music formats. This application assists musicians in learning new songs by offering sheet music suggestions based on recorded audio. It also features an audio slow-motion function that allows users to adjust playback speed, making it easier to grasp intricate musical passages.

The functionality relies on pitch detection and frequency analysis techniques, notably Fast Fourier Transformation (FFT).
